<p> 300 gr unt(sau margarina),  275 g zahar brun,  75gr sirop de zahar, un ou 400gr faina,  2lingurite bicarbonat, un sfert lingurita sare, o lingurita ghimbir , o lingurita cuisoare macinate, o lingurita scortisoara macinata.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare: </p>
<p>1 .Se aprinde cuptorul cu circa 10 minute inainte de a coace fursecurile.</p>

300 g unt, 350 g faina,  250 g zahar , 1 ou,  esenta de vanilie , sare.
 
Mod de preparare:
<p> 1. Intr-un castron se amesteca cu mixerul circa 3 min.,untul,zaharul,2 lingurite de vanilie si oul.Apoi se pun faina,sarea si se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
2. Se baga la frigider pentru o jumatate de ora iar cuptorul se incalzeste.
