8 gălbenuşuri de ou
300 g de zahăr pudră
100 ml apă
cateva boabe de vanilie
500 g mascarpone
500 de grame de smântână
300 gr de  piscoturi

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>1. Punem pe foc laptele amestecat cu zaharul pudra si il lasam la foc mic pana se topeste tot zaharul, dupa care lasam sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>2. Separat mixam putin mascarponele si apoi adaugam treptat amestecul rece de lapte cu zahar.</p>
